Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a Customer Development Executive to grow the assigned territory in Cebu, expanding Unilever Foods reach through new accounts and deeper product penetration.

You will manage existing business with a focus on pricing accuracy, in-store visibility, and timely promotions, while building strong relationships with operators and driving chef-driven usage of our brands. This role requires field work across Cebu and a passion for food.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Passion for food with cooking skills preferred.
• Willingness to travel/field work in Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budgets through volume and value growth.
• Plan routing to maximize time at points of sale.
• Ensure correct pricing at POS and maintain planogram compliance.
• Introduce innovations and promotions to increase shelf visibility.
• Develop and execute territory plans with operator accounts.
• Demonstrate products through tastings and demonstrations.
• Identify opportunities, grow product usage, and expand new accounts.
