Job summary

Unilever Cebu is seeking a Customer Development Executive to grow the assigned territory by expanding new accounts and increasing product reach through new product introductions. The role focuses on growing the business, ensuring availability and optimizing in-store presence.

You will work with retailers and chefs, implement promotions, monitor pricing, and help bring UFS offerings to life in Cebu through field visits and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, HRM or equivalent.
• Has passion for food and preferably has cooking skills.
• Willing to be assigned and do field work in Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned territory by expanding accounts and increasing product penetration.
• Manage existing business to prevent lost accounts and drive steady growth.
• Implement price checks and ensure correct POS pricing.
• Build and maintain territory plans through regular visits.
• Ensure shelf space and visibility aligned with planograms.
• Promote products through demonstrations and chef-led menu ideas.
• Negotiate local actions and promotions with operators.
• Track performance against sales budgets and report gaps.
