Job summary

Unilever Cebu is looking for a Customer Development Executive to grow the assigned territory by developing new accounts and increasing product usage through new product introductions. You will manage existing business to prevent drops, monitor pricing at the point of sale, and drive shelf presence, visibility and promotions in line with planograms.

A Bachelor’s degree and a passion for food are required, with willingness to conduct field work in Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Passion for food; cooking skills preferred.
• Willing to be assigned to field work in Cebu, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budgets in terms of volume and value.
• Monitor pricing and ensure correct POS prices.
• Implement selling and chefmanship standards and drive visibility and promotions.
