Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a Customer Development Executive to grow the assigned territory, expand UFS reach by developing new accounts, and increase product penetration through new product introductions. You will manage existing business ensuring no loss of accounts and steady growth.

The role requires strong field sales skills, route planning to maximize POS time, and the ability to negotiate promotions and shelves per planograms. Willingness to work on-site in Cebu is essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budgets in terms of volume and value.
• Monitor pricing and ensure correct POS prices.
• Apply standard UFS selling and chefmanship skills.
• Plan routing to maximize time spent at POS.
• Check stock and act on out-of-stock situations.
• Secure shelf space per planogram and maximize visibility.
• Negotiate promotions and best promo locations.
• Execute national account agreements and report gaps.
