Dempsey Inc in the Philippines is seeking a Customer-Facing Sales/Account Manager for its Led Light Supplier division in Davao. The role requires at least one year in sales or account management, strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to travel within the territory.

You will manage multiple accounts, analyze customer needs, propose suitable lighting solutions, and work independently to meet sales targets using CRM and MS Office tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1 year experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple accounts.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
