Job summary

Rebisco is seeking an Area Development Manager to lead sales growth and in-store execution across key Philippines areas. You will drive distributor partnerships, develop market strategies, and ensure strong trade presence to expand the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced training in Marketing Management is an advantage.
• At least 3 years in a management Sales role with FMCG exposure.
• Experience in Account Management is an advantage.
• Skilled in Distributor/Key Account Management, Negotiation, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales/volume growth targets and in-store performance.
• Develop and deploy area strategies, programs and plans.
• Build distributor capability and represent Rebisco in the area.
• Collaborate with trade customers and formats for growth.
• Lead cross-functional projects and market expansion.
