Job summary

Unilever is seeking a field-based professional to oversee distributor operations and drive category growth in the Greater Manila Area. You will ensure stock availability, fulfillment, and profitability while coordinating with the Channels team to deliver priority KPIs.

Ideal candidates have experience in account management or with distributors, and are proficient in MS Office, with strong operational and analytical skills and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in account management, distributor or key accounts, or has previously worked in Unilever.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft applications
• Strong operational skills
• Analytical thinking, passion for high performance, and bias for action
• Can drive and work on a field-based role within Greater Manila Area

Responsibilities

• Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels covered
• Land and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management
• Localize the national strategy in helping the distributor to deliver priority KPIs
• Ensure perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment, and fulfillment
• Land distributor turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels team
• Ensure profitability of the distributor handled within the assigned area.
