• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• At least one year of experience in field sales or FMCG/retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability to variables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; field work willing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% availability of must-carry SKUs from HO to branch level.
• Monitor distribution and ensure timely delivery to listed stores.
• Check stock weights and coordinate orders or stock transfers as needed.
• Inspect store warehouses and ensure displays in selling areas.
• Champion PicOS compliance with Display Location, Planogram, and Promotions.
• Coordinate with third-party merchandising agencies to address gaps.
• Regularly visit top customer branches for 100% retail standards compliance.
• Adhere to Monthly Call Plan, Daily Activity Report, and related reports.
• Align route plans with provincial distributors to maximize trips.
• Influence display module extensions where home aisle space is limited.
