Job summary

Biocostech Philippines Corporation is seeking a Territory Accounts Specialist for Modern Trade Account (Zamboanga) to ensure flawless execution of our products at the store level. You will drive visibility, must-carry assortment, and accurate plan-o-gram so shoppers can see, touch, and experience our brand.

You will champion retail execution standards, coordinate with a 3rd party merchandising agency, and align route plans with provincial distributors to maximize daily trips and store presence.

Responsibilities

• Product Availability and Distribution: Ensure 100% availability of Must-Carry SKUs approved at HO level across assigned branches.
• Excellence in Retail Execution: Implement and maintain Retail Execution Standards (PicOS); ensure compliance on Display Location, Plan-o-Gram, and promotions.
• Commercial Operations: Adhere to standard Sales Operations processes like Monthly Call Plan and Daily Activity Report; align routes with provincial distributors.
