Job summary

DPO Consumer Goods Trading is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our customer base within Quezon Province. Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate; college degree is an advantage.
• Experience in automotive or motorcycle industry preferred.
• Field-based/territory sales experience; store-based sales also welcomed.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork within Quezon Province.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting and selling the company's products, including fast-moving and special-order items.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular field visits and excellent customer service.
• Open new customer accounts while strengthening existing client relationships.
• Conduct regular market visits to maximize territory coverage and identify sales opportunities.
• Monitor customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to support business growth.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including daily activities, customer visits, new accounts, and collections.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager, Brand Manager, Sales Admin, and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Comply with company policies, sales procedures, and operational standards.
