Job summary

DPO Consumer Goods Trading Corporation seeks a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive growth in the Pampanga area. You will actively promote our automotive/motorcycle products, visit clients regularly, and build lasting relationships while meeting sales targets.

The role requires field mobility, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-service oriented mindset. Travel within Pampanga is expected, with incentives and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• High school or senior high school graduate; college-level education or a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Experience in automotive or motorcycle industry is preferred.
• Proven field-based, roving, or territory sales experience; store-based sales also welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling products, including fast-moving and special-order items.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand customer base and market share.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular field visits and excellent service.
• Open new customer accounts and strengthen existing relationships.
• Conduct regular market visits to maximize territory coverage and identify opportunities.
• Monitor customer needs and market trends to support growth.
• Prepare and submit sales reports including activities, visits, new accounts and collections.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Brand Manager and Sales Admin to ensure smooth operations.
