Job Summary

DPO Consumer Goods Trading is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our customer base within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate has experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry, enjoys fieldwork, and excels at building long-term customer relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting and selling the company's products, including fast-moving and special-order items.




• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.




• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular field visits and excellent customer service.




• Open new customer accounts while strengthening existing client relationships.

• Conduct regular market visits to maximize territory coverage and identify sales opportunities.




• Monitor customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends to support business growth.




• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including daily activities, customer visits, new accounts, and collections.




• Work closely with the Sales Manager, Brand Manager, Sales Admin, and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and timely order fulfillment.




• Comply with company policies, sales procedures, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• At least a High School or Senior High School Graduate; college-level education or a bachelor's degree is an advantage.




• Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is preferred.




• Proven experience in field-based, roving, or territory sales. Store-based sales experience is also welcome.




• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.




• Sales-driven, target-oriented, and results-oriented.




• Knowledgeable in automotive or motorcycle products and industry trends.




• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork within the Bulacan area.
