Job summary

Biocostech Philippines Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Specialist for Leyte-Samar. You will drive in-store execution, ensure display standards, and maintain must-carry SKUs from the head office down to branches, aiding distributors and field teams to meet sales goals.

The role requires a degree in marketing/related field and at least 1 year of field sales experience, with strong communication and planning skills. Regular travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 1 year of experience in field sales, trade marketing, merchandising, or related role, preferably FMCG/retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; willing to travel.
• Willingness to conduct regular fieldwork within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% availability of must-carry SKUs from head office to branch level.
• Monitor product distribution and coordinate stock transfers when necessary.
• Maintain proper product visibility and merchandising standards at outlets.
• Adhere to Sales Operations processes and align route plans with distributors.
• Provide services and support to Biocostech Philippines Corporation and affiliates as needed.
