Job summary

BSV BioScience Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Product Specialist to drive sales growth by promoting our pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals within Leyte and Samar. You will build strong relationships and execute marketing strategies while meeting targets.

The role requires 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales, a relevant degree, and strong presentation skills. You will travel extensively across the territory and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales or related sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare industry practices.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive growth of key products in the territory.
• Conduct regular calls to doctors and healthcare professionals per masterlist and call frequency requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other stakeholders.
• Execute marketing programs, promotional campaigns, and product launches in alignment with company strategies.
• Participate in medico-marketing activities, training programs, conferences, and product presentations.
• Assist in identifying and developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen product advocacy.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports, call reports, and territory updates.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and business partners.

About you

• Excellent salesmanship, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license with excellent driving skills and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory - Leyte and Samar provinces,
