Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow accounts.

• Experience handling dealers and distributors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territories.
• Open new dealer and distributor accounts to expand market coverage.
• Implement sales programs and initiatives to increase product movement.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotions with accounts within guidelines.
• Maintain and grow relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales, inventory, and displays.
• Develop territory action plans to maximize sales opportunities.
• Monitor stock levels in selling areas and warehouse backrooms.
• Ensure correct space management and merchandising compliance in stores.
• Gather competitor information and provide feedback on market trends.
