Job summary

JTI in General Santos seeks a Territory Consumer Lead to drive consumer acquisition and retention across General Trade and HORECA channels. You will develop and implement territory campaigns, coordinate with field sales, and manage budgets to optimize impact.

The role requires 2+ years in marketing or trade marketing, strong data analysis skills, and English/Filipino proficiency. Permanent position with local travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications.
• At least 2 years in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing.
• Proficient in MS Office and Power BI.
• Fluency in English and Filipino; other local language a plus.
• Hold a valid driver's license (B1 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Develop campaigns and programs for assigned territories aligned with regional strategies.
• Lead end-to-end campaign mechanics, briefing, and field execution with trade partners.
• Manage FM budget and allocate resources for campaigns and tools.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report campaign performance against KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and external agencies to deliver programs.
