Private Advertiser in McKinley Hill, Taguig is hiring a Tenured Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a graveyard/night shift setup. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with departments to ensure top-notch service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of college completed with no back subjects.
• At least 1 year of international BPO voice experience, preferably in a financial account.
• Willing to work graveyard/night shift.
• Onsite work in McKinley Hill, Taguig.
• Proficient in 100% phone-based support.
• Basic computer navigation and internet research.
• Strong English communication skills.
