Schedule: Graveyard / Night Shift (US hours)

Salary Range: 30,000 - 35,000 gross per month + Joining Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with clients and financial advisors regarding investment accounts, transactions, balances, and performance reports.
• Accurately explain complex financial and investment information (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc.) in a clear, professional manner.
• Research and resolve issues efficiently following standard processes while escalating out-of-scope concerns when needed.
• Document all interactions with precision and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and participate in ongoing training.

Minimum Requirements

• At least a Senior High School graduate (K-12) or a college undergraduate.
• Minimum 2 years of continuous voice-based BPO/contact centre experience (financial/investment account background is a strong advantage).
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong customer service orientation, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving ability.
• Typing proficiency and basic computer/navigation skills.
• Stable employment history (no frequent job-hopping of less than 1 year per company).
• Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig, on a permanent graveyard/night shift schedule.
• Available to start immediately.
