Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in tenant relations, leasing, or property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relationships, concerns, requests, and complaints with timely resolution and high tenant satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Building Engineers, Property Management, Security, Housekeeping, and contractors to address facility, maintenance, and operational concerns affecting tenants.
• Manage tenant contracts and lease-related matters including renewals, amendments, negotiations, documentation, and compliance with terms.
• Support and implement tenant retention and leasing strategies to maintain a high occupancy rate and maximize rental opportunities.
