Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Property Manager to oversee a single property or a small portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail assets. You will coordinate daily operations, maintenance, and financial activities to meet contractual obligations.

You will respond to tenant needs, manage budgets, and act as Owner Representative, delivering reports and coordinating with vendors, tenancy moves, and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and ensure administrative and building staff resolve problems promptly and in compliance with policies and contractual obligations.
• Conduct periodic property inspections and approve necessary alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
• Bid, secure, and manage service agreements with vendors to achieve best value for services.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and space walk-throughs with tenants and the tenant improvement team.
• Serve as Owner Representative and prepare timely, accurate reports for owners.
• Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses; forecast plans and explain variances.
• Establish facility preparation and recovery strategies as part of business continuity plans.
• Collect rent and administer CAM recovery; issue legal notices as required.
• Review rent and CAM charges for accuracy and reconciliation; maintain relationships with industry/trade and civic organizations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
