Job summary

SM Prime Holdings, Inc. invites applications for a Leasing Operations role at the Head Office in MOA Complex, Pasay City. The role supports the Leasing Manager for 5Ecom and 1Ecom, overseeing a 200+ tenant portfolio from pre-signing to daily operations.

The position requires a four-year business degree, experience in Tenant Operations or related fields, and strong English communication with detail orientation. On-site work is required at MOA Complex.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year business course.
• Experience in Tenant Operations, Sales, Marketing, or Business Development; preferably from SM or other real estate or mall development.
• Good command of written and oral English, multitasking, coordination and negotiation skills; detail-oriented; good number skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Leasing manager on matters related to 5Ecom and 1Ecom - CP Properties (200+ tenants).
• Ensure tenant compliance and support on property's marketing efforts.
• Oversee tenant pre- and post-handover ingress handling; monitor new leases from pre-construction to start and day-to-day operations.
• Oversee egress and closing of accounts.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for tenant-related concerns.
• Assist in Leasing activities as needed.

Job description

• In charge of assisting the Leasing manager in matters related to 5Ecom and 1Ecom - CP Properties (200+ tenants)
• Ensures tenant's compliance and support on property's marketing efforts.
• In charge of tenant's pre and post-handover ingress handling monitoring of all newly signed leases from the pre-construction, start of commencement and day-to-day operation.
• In charge of Egress and closing of accounts.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for tenant-related concerns
• Assist in Leasing activities whenever needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four 4 year business course.
• Experience in Tenant Operations, Sales, Marketing, or Business Development. preferably from SM or other real estate or mall development.
• Good command of written and oral English communication, multi-tasking, coordination and negotiation skills; must be detail-oriented. Should have good number skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Head Office at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
