Job summary

Robinsons Magnolia—part of Robinsons Land Corporation—is hiring a Tenant Relations Manager for Magnolia-Mall Operations. The role focuses on ensuring tenant compliance with lease terms and MOAs, monitoring pre-opening activities, and coordinating space turnover at lease end.

The candidate will build strong tenant relations to support sales and business sustainability during the lease period. The position is for a probationary employment with a 5-day work week at Robinsons Magnolia, Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, business management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in tenant relations, client management, customer service or equivalent, preferably in mall management or operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tenants comply with lease terms, MOA, and house rules defined by the company.
• Monitor construction progress and pre-opening requirements to ensure timely store openings.
• Facilitate smooth turnover of space at lease end, including security deposits and refunds.
• Establish and maintain good tenant relations and support tenants in achieving sales, profitability, and sustainability during lease term.

The Tenant Relations Manager is responsible for ensuring all tenants comply with the lease terms, memorandum of agreement and house rules and regulations defined by the company.

The Tenant Relations Officer is in charge of the monitoring of construction progress and all pre-opening requirements and ensures that the tenants open their stores on time.

The Tenant Relations Officer ensures the smooth egress and proper turnover of the space back to the company at the end of the lease term/contract. This also includes the routing of the tenants’ final accountability and releasing of security deposit and refunds.

The Tenant Relations Officer shall establish and maintain good relations with all tenants and help them ensure sales, profitability, and sustainability of their business during their lease contract with the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management and other related or relevant technical course
• At least 3 years working experience in tenant relations, client management, customer service or equivalent; preferably with expertise in mall management, operations or maintenance
