Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced Property Manager to handle tenant relationships, leasing, and contract administration on-site in the Philippines. You will coordinate with engineers, security, housekeeping, and contractors to address facility and operational concerns, while ensuring timely resolutions and high tenant satisfaction.

A Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in tenant relations or property management is required, along with strong negotiation and communication skills to maintain

Job Description:

1. Manage tenant relationships, concerns, requests, and complaints while ensuring timely resolution and a high level of tenant satisfaction.

2. Coordinate with Building Engineers, Property Management, Security, Housekeeping, and contractors to address facility, maintenance, and operational concerns affecting tenants.

3. Manage tenant contracts and lease-related matters, including renewals, amendments, negotiations, documentation, and compliance with agreed terms and conditions.

4. Support and implement tenant retention and leasing strategies to maintain a high occupancy rate, minimize tenant turnover, and maximize rental opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

2. Proven experience in tenant relations, leasing, property management, contract administration, or commercial real estate.

3. Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle tenant concerns and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.

4. Knowledge of lease and contract management, tenant retention, occupancy management, and commercial property operations is preferred. Experience managing commercial or mixed-use properties is an advantage.
