Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in tenant relations, client management, customer service, or equivalent; mall/operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements, MOA, and house rules.
• Oversee construction progress and pre-opening requirements to ensure tenants open on schedule.
• Facilitate lease egress and turnover at end of term, including final accountabilities and deposit refunds.
• Build and maintain positive tenant relationships to support sales, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
