Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years in commercial property leasing and 5 years in people management, with proven negotiation skills and market insight. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in commercial property leasing.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in people management or team leadership.
• Proven track record in commercial tenant acquisition and lease negotiations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
