• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of property management experience.
• Experience managing both commercial and residential properties.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of building regulations, safety and compliance requirements.
• Can start ASAP or within two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial and residential properties to ensure safety, efficiency and service standards.
• Lead and coordinate building engineers, maintenance, security, housekeeping, contractors and service providers while addressing tenant and resident concerns.
• Manage property budgets, contracts, vendors, preventive maintenance, inspections and operational improvements for cost efficiency and performance.
• Prepare regular management and executive reports and present updates at Management Committee (ManCom) meetings.
