Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
• At least 5 years’ experience in property management (commercial/residential) and 3 years in a managerial role
• Knowledge of building laws, regulations, and codes
• Very strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Can start ASAP or within 2 weeks

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure efficient use of building utilities within assigned areas.
• Oversee building maintenance, cleanliness, and overall physical condition, including surrounding premises.
• Coordinate and communicate facility-related updates, disruptions, and issues with staff and tenants.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify issues, and prepare reports with recommended actions.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve facility-related concerns promptly.
• Implement safety protocols, lead emergency response efforts, and ensure a secure environment for occupants.
• Liaise and negotiate with third-party service providers for maintenance and facility services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements, including environmental and energy management duties.
