Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Property/Building Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of commercial and residential properties in the Philippines. You will lead engineers, maintenance, security, and vendors while ensuring tenant satisfaction and safety.

The role involves budgeting, contract management, preventive maintenance, and presenting regular performance reports to the Management Committee. Start ASAP or within two weeks is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant property or building management experience.
• Proven experience managing both commercial and residential properties, including operations and tenant relations.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, vendor management, and budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of building regulations, safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial and residential properties, ensuring efficient building operations, safety, maintenance, and service standards.
• Lead and coordinate building engineers, maintenance, security, housekeeping, contractors, and service providers while effectively managing tenant, resident, and other stakeholder concerns.
• Manage property budgets, contracts, vendors, preventive maintenance, inspections, and operational improvements to ensure cost efficiency and optimal property performance.
• Prepare regular management and executive reports, including property performance, operational issues, projects, and recommendations; provide updates and presentations during Management Committee (ManCom) meetings.
