Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve tenant concerns promptly.
• Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Maintain accurate tenant records, logs, and documentation.
• Monitor and track service requests through completion.
• Provide updates to tenants regarding request status and timelines.
• Participate in property inspections and tenant walkthroughs.
• Prepare reports on tenant concerns, resolutions, and trends.
• Support tenant engagement and community-building activities.
• Perform administrative and other related duties as assigned.
