Job summary

PM Consulting in Manila is seeking a Leasing Associate to support the leasing process from lead generation through tenant move-in, onsite in Malate, Manila. You will identify and engage prospective tenants, conduct property viewings, manage follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams for a smooth tenant experience.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and roughly 6 months to 1 year of related experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 1 year or less of experience in leasing, real estate, sales, customer service, or property management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with interest in sales and client engagement.
• Comfortable presenting properties to prospective tenants and following up.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify potential tenants through digital platforms, referrals, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries, provide information on units, rates, and leasing requirements.
• Coordinate property viewings, tours, and follow-ups with prospects.
• Guide prospects through applications, screening, and documentation.
• Support leasing and occupancy goals and coordinate with internal teams.
