Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate relevant projects/programs under the Department.
- Engage and liaise with key stakeholders including relevant healthcare professional groups throughout the planning and implementation of the projects.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, taskforce discussions and workshops with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support in preparation of meetings (such as presentations and related materials), minutes and records.
- Assist to prepare board papers and presentation for meetings.
- Perform data collection and entry, data analysis and compile reports/circulars.
- Assist in the preparation of departmental publications and compiling clinical documentations (e.g. clinical policies and guidelines, etc.).
- Perform other executive and administrative support to the Department as assigned.
Entry Requirements:
- A university degree or equivalent.
- At least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in management function/ respective profession/ function of the post, of which at least 2 years’ experience is in junior management / professional level (e.g. EOII or equivalent level.)
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare field is in advantage.
- Experience in supporting relevant clinical committees or clinical projects.
- Experience in graphic and webpage design/management.
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat and Chinese word processing.
- Able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Responsible, mature, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Able to manage complexity and work under pressure.
- Suitable candidate will be appointed on temporary terms for a period up to 31 March 2027.
