Job summary

Hospital Authority - Kowloon Central Cluster is seeking a Temporary Executive Officer I (Grade Management and Executive Support) in its Finance Division. The role involves providing executive support for planning, coordination and implementation of Finance Grade matters, including recruitment, budgeting and governance processes.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• Proven track record in management support or senior administrative functions.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support in planning, coordinating and implementing Finance Grade matters.
• Coordinate and support administrative matters, including annual planning and budget management.
• Prepare/review reports, papers, guidelines and secretarial support for board/committee meetings.
• Manage and coordinate HR matters including recruitment, graduate trainees, staff training and succession planning.
• Coordinate replies to external enquires from media, public, HHB and LegCo; support annual finance committee.
• Coordinate projects with local/overseas/academic partners for collaboration.
• Guide executive assistants in discharging duties.
• Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.
