Job summary

Hospital Authority - Kowloon Central Cluster seeks a Temporary Executive Officer I to coordinate projects in the Patient Safety & Risk Management Department, support meetings, prepare board papers, and manage data and publications. You will liaise with key clinical groups and stakeholders, handling secretarial tasks with accuracy.

Requirements include a university degree and 4+ years in management, with English and Chinese proficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• At least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in management function or related profession.
• Experience in supporting clinical committees or clinical projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects/programs under the Department.
• Engage and liaise with stakeholders in planning and implementation.
• Organize meetings, taskforce discussions and workshops with stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support for meetings, including materials and minutes.
• Assist in preparing board papers and presentations for meetings.
• Perform data collection, data analysis and report compilation.
• Assist in preparing departmental publications and clinical documents.
• Provide other executive/administrative support as assigned.
