Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Provide executive support in the planning, coordination and implementation of Finance Grade matters, including but not limited to graduate trainee / student internship programmes, central recruitment, manpower planning, staff training and development, succession planning and development and staff engagement, etc.
- 2. Coordinate and support Finance Division’s administrative matters, including annual planning, resources bidding, budget management and monitoring, asset management, office accommodation, etc.
- 3. Render executive support in preparation / review of reports, papers, guidelines and secretarial support to corporate-level and division-level board / committees / meetings as well a HA internal governance pathway, including secretariat and related support services for HA retirement schemes.
- 4. Manage and coordinate the administrative functions covers various Human Resources matters and Annual Planning exercise for the secondment office to Health Bureau (e.g. Strategic Purchasing Office (SPO)).
- 5. Coordinate the replies of Finance Division to enquiries raised by external parties such as media / public / Health Bureau (HHB) / Legislative Council (LegCo) and support the annual Special Finance Committee exercise for Finance Division.
- 6. Coordinate projects including the liaison with local / overseas / university / professional parties for sustaining collaborative partnership.
- 7. Provide guidance to executive assistants for discharging duties.
- 8. Undertake ad hoc projects / assignments as assigned.
Entry Requirements:
- 1. A university degree or equivalent.
- 2. At least 4 years' of post-qualification experience in management function / respective profession / function of the post, of which at least 2 years’ experience is in junior management / professional level (e.g. EO II or equivalent level).
- 3. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- 1. With strong background in executive support and relevant experience in healthcare services / management / administration.
- 2. Solid experience and strong skills in preparing Board / Committee papers and materials and providing secretary support to corporate-level / division-level meetings.
- 3. Experience in human resources matters such as recruitment, graduate trainee / internship programmes, staff training and succession planning.
- 4. Experience in handling external enquires such as questions raised by the media / public / HHB / LegCo.
- 5. Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- 6. Proficiency in computing / PC skills, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Chinese Word Processing.
- 7. Good interpersonal skills, proactive, responsible and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
2. The appointment will be on temporary full-time terms for 1 year.
