Key Responsibilities
- 1. Handle enquiries from the event hotline and event email accounts;
- 2. Assist in handling of guest invitations, including compilation of guest list, preparation of invitation letters, follow-up on replies, set-up and updating of database, liaison with internal and external parties, and preparation and issuance of name badges;
- 3. Assist in handling of registration, including set-up of payment gateway and webpage, monitoring of transactions, liaison with internal and external parties, preparation of notifications to registrants, and preparation and issuance of electronic admission passes;
- 4. Provide logistics support for ceremonies and social programme; and
- 5. Assist in post-event follow-up, including payment verification, compilation of statistics, and filing of event records.
Entry Requirements
- 1. A university degree or equivalent.
- 2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Preferable Attributes/Exposure
- 1. Work experience in administrative and executive support or event/project management.
- 2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3. Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and website management.
- 4. Hardworking and committed to quality service.
- 5. Well-organised, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
- 6. Willing to work irregular hours.
- 7. Good command of Mandarin.
