The Hong Kong Island Cluster is seeking a Temporary Executive Officer II to support event logistics and administration. The appointment is temporary up to 8 months with potential extension based on service needs and performance.

Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from the event hotline and event email accounts.
• Assist in handling guest invitations, including compilation of guest list, preparation of invitation letters, follow-up on replies, set-up and updating of database, liaison with internal and external parties, and preparation and issuance of name badges.
• Assist in handling of registration, including set-up of payment gateway and webpage, monitoring of transactions, liaison with internal and external parties, preparation of notifications to registrants, and preparation and issuance of electronic admission passes.
• Provide logistics support for ceremonies and social programme; and
• Assist in post-event follow-up, including payment verification, compilation of statistics, and filing of event records.
