About the Role

The Telesales Supervisor is responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of sales officers in an effort to deliver chanel targets by ensuring that each member of the team delivers the minimum expected efficiency. The overall objective of this role is to ensure seamless operations in the Telesales environment which requires strategic thinking as well as superior people management skills in order to achieve productivity targets. This role is expected not just to oversee their respective teams but are as well expected to involve and engage in channel level initiatives that will contribute to the overall business.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise the day-to day operations of the team, including strategy alignment, productivity monitoring and reporting as well as regular coaching to ensure optimal productivity of the team.
• Drive new business by instructing, coaching, developing and motivating a team of Telesales officers by applying in depth sales training techniques.
• Monitor employee-client interactions through call listening and evaluation and conduct regular performance reviews with the officer.
• Assist on the resolve of escalated cases to ensure client satisfaction.
• Effectively collaborate with product and fulfillment partners as well as sales and operational support team members to ensure that campaigns and processes are streamlined to yield optimal productivity results.
• Complete special projects and other job-related duties as assigned which will give high impact results to the channel and the overall business
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the bank, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
• Maintain compliance, legal and regulatory standards set forth by the company in the day-to-day operations of their team.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field
• 2–5 years of experience in banking, telesales, or call center operations, with team leadership exposure
• Proven track record in driving sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational performance
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, developing, and motivating high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to align teams, priorities, and business goals
• Demonstrates sound judgment, risk awareness, and strong knowledge of banking products, credit processes, and compliance standards
