Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in banking, telesales, or call center operations with team leadership.
• Proven track record in driving sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to align teams, priorities, and business goals.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, risk awareness, and knowledge of banking products, credit processes, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the team, including strategy alignment, productivity monitoring and coaching.
• Drive new business by coaching and motivating telesales officers with sales training techniques.
• Monitor employee-client interactions and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Assist in resolving escalated cases to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product, fulfillment, sales and operations teams to streamline campaigns.
• Complete special projects with high impact results for the channel.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance and governance across the team.
