Job summary

Techworld 360 Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Telesales Team Lead to supervise, coach and motivate the sales team while driving KPI-based improvement. You will present new ideas, coach subordinates and work with KPI data to plan weekly, monthly and quarterly performance enhancements.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in telesales, 1+ years in a team lead role, and a proven track record of meeting quotas, daily calls, and deposit/new-player revenue targets.

Qualifications

• College graduate required.
