Job summary

Swak BPO Corp. is a fast-growing BPO center located in the Clark Freeport Zone. We are hiring a Jr.

Corporate Recruiter to join our team and help build a strong talent pipeline across various roles for international clients. The role is on-site in Angeles City, Pampanga. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR/BA/PSY and at least 1 year of recruiting experience, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles across different levels.
• Exposure to high-volume or specialized recruiting is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple recruitment channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and more)
• Collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and stakeholders
• Represent the company brand with professionalism in all candidate interactions
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
