Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Telesales Officer in Manila to drive growth by engaging SME clients, identifying banking needs, and generating qualified opportunities through outbound calls and discovery conversations. You will promote deposit and digital banking products and qualify client requirements for handover to Product Specialists.

You will execute multi-channel follow-ups, maintain detailed records in Salesforce and Talkdesk, and contribute to achieving sales targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field as listed.
• 2-3 years of telesales, telemarketing, or business development experience.
• Knowledge of business banking products and CRM/teller systems.
• Strong sales, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts outbound sales calls and discovery conversations with assigned SME clients to identify banking needs and generate qualified sales opportunities
• Promotes Corporate Checking Accounts, Maxi-One Accounts, BizLink Check Writing, P2M QR, and other approved solutions to increase deposits and product penetration
• Qualifies client requirements and endorses viable opportunities to Product Specialists for conversion and onboarding
• Executes structured follow-up activities through calls, emails, SMS, and Salesforce & Talkdesk workflows to improve client engagement and conversion outcomes
• Maintains accurate documentation of client interactions, opportunities, and productivity metrics in Salesforce and approved systems

Qualifications

• Knowledge in business banking products, Salesforce CRM, Talkdesk, or similar dialer systems
• Good skills in sales and business development, communication, and presentation
