Job summary

Quickstart Inc. in Taguig (BGC) is seeking an RN with NCLEX and 3-5 years in telephone triage or call center. This onsite role offers PHP 50,000–70,000 monthly base salary and relocation benefits.

Responsibilities include managing patient calls, advising on chronic disease, medication management, and mental health; ensure HIPAA compliance; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; follow-up care and accurate documentation are expected. EMR and MS Office skills strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• NCLEX-RN Certified with 3-5 years of recent Telephone Triage or Call Center experience; Illinois RN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (e.g., physician’s office, home health, critical care, ER).
• Must have active passport; visa, flight, and $1,500 relocation package provided.
• Demonstrates empathy, compassion, and active listening when interacting with patients.
• Skilled in clinical assessment, determining medical attention needs, and offering self-care advice.
• Proficient in Electronic Medical Records, Microsoft Office, and typing with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient calls with various medical concerns; perform assessments and provide advice.
• Offer guidance on chronic disease, medication management, and mental health issues.
• Direct patients to appropriate healthcare providers and ensure follow-up care as needed.
• Ensure quality of care by adhering to standards, documenting patient information, and managing prescription refills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to case management improvements.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance, resolve patient issues, and make sound decisions in urgent situations.
