Qualifications

• NCLEX-RN certification required.
• 3–5 years of recent telephone triage or call center experience; Illinois RN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (e.g., physician’s office, home health, critical care, ER).
• Proficient in Electronic Medical Records, Microsoft Office, and typing with speed and accuracy.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and performance evaluation.
• BPO experience as a Team Lead preferred.

Base Salary: PHP 70,000- 80,000.00

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of patient call representatives handling various medical concerns.
• Perform assessments and provide advice, ensuring team adherence to quality standards.
• Direct patients to appropriate healthcare providers and ensure follow-up care as needed.
• Ensure quality of care by adhering to standards, documenting patient information, and managing prescription refills.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance, resolve patient issues, and make sound decisions in urgent situations.

Requirements of the role:

• NCLEX-RN Certified with 3-5 years of recent Telephone Triage or Call Center experience; Illinois RN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (e.g., physician’s office, home health, critical care, ER).
• Skilled in clinical assessment, determining medical attention needs, and offering self-care advice.
• Proficient in Electronic Medical Records, Microsoft Office, and typing with speed and accuracy.
