About the role

ACCM Marketing Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Professional to join our outbound sales team. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our sales operation, directly contributing to revenue generation through proactive outbound calling campaigns. Your ability to engage prospects, communicate value propositions effectively, and close sales will be integral to our company's success and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to qualified leads and prospective customers in accordance with campaign objectives and scripts.

• Present products and services persuasively, highlighting key benefits and addressing customer objections.

• Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing customer needs and interest levels.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, call quotas, and performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring complete and timely record-keeping

• Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times, representing the ACCM Marketing Services brand positively.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and strategies for improving conversion rates.

• Comply with all relevant regulations, including data protection laws and telemarketing guidelines.
