Eucalyptus is hiring in the Philippines for a clinical support role combining pharmacovigilance, triage, and patient engagement. You will collaborate with doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to triage, assess, and assist patients throughout their weight-management treatment, ensuring high-quality patient care and timely responses.

Ideal candidates are Registered Pharmacists or Nurses with strong written and verbal skills, comfortable in a fast-paced telehealth environment, and able to work late

Qualifications

Registered Pharmacist or Registered Nurse with 2+ years post-registration experience.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills for patient-friendly interactions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle interruptions.
Detail-oriented with adherence to processes.

Responsibilities

Provide medical support to patients via email, live chat, and calls; triage, assess, and support patients; escalate when needed.
Respond promptly with accurate medical information while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Maintain patient safety and address medical concerns and side effects.
Reach out to patients based on tracker data to improve treatment adherence.

Professional licensure: Pharmacist or Nurse
