Eucalyptus in the Philippines is seeking a Medical Support Associate to triage, assess and support patients through their weight management treatment, collaborating with doctors, nurses and pharmacists. This role focuses on email-based medical support and patient safety.

Qualifications

• A Registered Pharmacist with 2+ years post-registration experience in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a patient-friendly manner via email.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating effectively with team members, and adept at handling frequent interruptions and adapting to changes in workload and schedule.
• Task-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring adherence to processes with precision.
• Working hours and schedule: rotatio nal day-to-mid shift schedule, with 9-hour shifts rostered between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM PHT, rotating as needed.

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and support patients primarily via email, evaluating severity and escalating when appropriate.
• Provide timely, accurate medical information and advice while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Maintain patient safety and address medical concerns and side effects.
• Initiate communication based on tracker information to improve treatment adherence.
• Support internal medical initiatives: proactive outreach, GP letters, pharmacy communications, and regular reviews.
