This role requires excellent written and verbal communication, adaptability to a fast-paced clinic-like setting, and a willingness to work late mid-shift in Manila time.

• Ability to triage and provide medical information via multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical support to patients via email, live chat, and calls.
• Triage, assess, and support patients; escalate when needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses and maintain patient safety.
• Share patient insights with the clinical services team.
