Eucalyptus in the Philippines is hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary clinical team supporting patients through their weight-management treatment. You will triage, assess, and respond to medical queries via email, live chat, and calls, collaborating with doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to ensure safe, effective care.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years post-registration, excellent written and spoken communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced tele-health

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years post-registration experience in healthcare.
• Excellent writing and verbal skills, with clear patient communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with team members.
• Task-oriented mindset with attention to processes and accuracy.
• Eligible to work night shifts on Manila time with no fixed weekend off.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical support to patients via email, live chat, and calls.
• Triages and assesses patient needs, escalating when appropriate.
• Deliver timely, accurate medical information while ensuring safety.
• Maintain patient safety and address medical concerns and side effects.
• Initiate communication based on tracker data to support adherence.
• Share patient insights with clinical services and wider team.
• Collect and act on patient feedback to improve the service.
