Job summary

Eucalyptus is a tele-health focused clinical service that provides multidisciplinary support to patients undergoing treatment. The Pharmacist will triage, assess and support patients through their care journey, using email, live chat and calls to deliver safe, patient-centered information.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with 2+ years post-registration experience in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent writing and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly via email, live chat, and calls.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with team members, and handling interruptions.
• Task-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical support to patients via email, live chat, and calls.
• Triage, assess, and support patients; escalate when needed.
• Ensure timely, accurate responses and safe, high-quality information.
