Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its clinical support team in the Philippines. You will triage, assess, and support patients through their treatment, using email, live chat, and calls, alongside doctors, nurses and pharmacists.

You will provide timely medical information, maintain patient safety, and help improve adherence by monitoring progress and initiating outreach based on tracker data. This role requires excellent communication and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with 2+ years post-registration experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for email, chat and calls.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with teamwork and adaptability.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow processes precisely.
• Willing to work a late mid-shift schedule in Manila time with no fixed weekend off.

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and support patients via email, live chat, and calls.
• Respond promptly with accurate medical information while upholding safety standards.
• Monitor patient progress and reach out to increase treatment adherence.
• Share patient insights with the clinical services team.
